• Email address and account information.
• Audio files, covers, and generated videos.
• Metadata: titles, tags, BPM, key, descriptions, and dates.
• Public information from connected channels and accounts: name, photo, videos, and public statistics.

Connections to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram are handled by our publishing partner Upload-Post (TONVI TECH SL, Spain). BeatPilot never sees or stores passwords. Access is used only to publish content that the user has approved and scheduled.

BeatPilot uses YouTube API Services. By using them, the user agrees to YouTube’s Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Access can be revoked at any time through myaccount.google.com/permissions.

To generate videos and metadata, schedule and publish content, display statistics, operate the service, and improve it.

Hosting and database services (Lovable Cloud), publishing (Upload-Post), AI-generated covers and text (Lovable’s AI provider), and YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram when content is published. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Performance of the service requested by the user.

For as long as the account remains active. Deleting the account using the button in Settings deletes files, data, and the publishing profile. Videos already published remain on the platforms and must be managed there.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing by writing to beatsraze@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

Only cookies required for login are used. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
